Poon’s Wontoneria at Carousel

Amy Poon, also known as the Queen of Wontons, is taking over the kitchen at Carousel for a three-month residency. 

The menu features five signature dishes, including a pork and bamboo shoot combination and chicken, woodear mushroom, water chestnut, and ginger parcels. In addition to prawn and veggie dumplings, there is a daily special that combines wontons with egg noodles and greens.
